No. There are no contracts. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean!
We will send you our service terms agreement that you will need to agree to in order to confirm your booking. Our service terms outlines areas/surfaces Remedy does not clean, safety practices, scheduling-cancellation procedures and our guarantees for our services.
We will ask you to authorize each work order before we dispatch our team but you are never “locked into” anything. We can usually accommodate short-notice scheduling changes up to 1 business day in advance but we may ask you for a rescheduling fee for changes that are made last-minute.
