Before we schedule your appointment, or continue to provide services, please read the following items regarding your cleaning to ensure that we can provide you the best possible service:

• Please visit our website ‪www.remedycc.com to view the details of the cleaning service of your choice. There, you can find out what is included in your cleaning service, answers to common questions and Remedy's contact information. Our business hours are ‪Monday through Friday 8-4 PM. You may email us anytime at: ‪clientservices@remedycc.com outside of our business hours and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

 • Ask Questions. Our happiest customers know the drill and our regular cleanings are a breeze for everyone! No matter if this is our first time or 100th time cleaning your home, don't hesitate to ask us about anything you are unsure of. We've done a lot of cleanings in a lot of different situations and no two houses are alike. We want to make sure that your service is excellent and easy for you so be sure to reach out to us anytime that something isn't absolutely clear. Please keep in mind that cleaning team members are trained to only clean and do not handle any questions or concerns by clients. If you have any questions regarding details of your cleaning package, payments, scheduling, etc. Please contact the business line at (360)252-0225 during business hours. Cleaning members are NOT authorized to complete extra cleaning tasks beyond your selected cleaning package without authorization. We are happy to work with you on your cleaning needs if time allows and is approved at least 24 hours ahead of time.

• Online estimates are estimates only. If additional time is needed to leave you a sparkling home or if we complete in less time than the estimate, your invoice will reflect this. If you would like an exact cleaning service cost please book an in-home estimate at least 7 days prior to your scheduled cleaning.

• Please note: that the arrival time of our cleaning team may be up to 30 minutes before or after your scheduled cleaning. If Remedy cleaning team members are not able to enter your home for your scheduled cleaning, a $45 fee will be issued for time and travel. Fees must be paid prior to your next cleaning. Remedy will notify you as soon as possible if we will arrive later due to any unforeseen events. For example, major traffic delays or inclement weather. Scheduled cleanings may be moved to the following day or the next available day if your cleaning falls on a Holiday. You will be notified at least 72 hours in advanced if your cleaning will be rescheduled.

• For everyone's safety, Remedy Cleaning Team Members do not use ladders. We provide extendable cleaning tools and a small step ladder to do the best we can to clean areas beyond our reach. Cleaning team members will not clean any appliances, furniture, wall decor or glass surfaces that are broken or appear to be in poor and unstable shape. This is for the safety of our team members. Remedy will notify you of any items that could not be cleaned due to these reasons.

Regular/Deep Cleaning:

All regular reoccurring cleanings are billed at a flat rate based on the scope of work. The scheduled time for each cleaning is an estimate based on the size of your home. Our minimum flat rate to do any deep cleaning is $360.00. Any time above 4.5 hours will be billed at $80/hour. Deep cleanings are recommended before routine service but are not required. If we arrive and the home needs more than a standard cleaning, deep cleaning rates may apply. We will notify you right away if this is the case.

-The more you can pick up the better we can clean!

-Organizing, laundry and pick up service are not included in our cleanings.

-We do NOT move anything over 20 pounds to clean around or under.

-Detail interior cleaning of all major appliances are an extra charge ($60) each and you will need to notify us 48 hours in advance of your cleaning if you would like these done.

-Microwaves inside and out are already included in every cleaning.

-Rooms with closed doors will not be cleaned. Please leave all doors open to rooms you would like the team to clean.

-If you have any notes or special requests the day of your cleaning, please leave a note on the kitchen counter or dining room table for the cleaning team.

-Bathtubs and shower drains must be free draining. If there is standing water that will not drain, we will clean down to the standing water line.

-Blinds, window tracks, and baseboards are an additional charge but can be added on at anytime as long as we have 24 hours notice.

-Bed sheets changed and beds made, at no extra cost, upon request

-Garbage collected from each room upon request

• Move-in and Move Cleaning

-Move out/In cleans are for vacant homes only.

-All personal belongings and garbage must be removed prior to your scheduled cleaning in order for us to give you the best possible service.

-Water and electricity must be on for us to perform the cleaning.

-We reserve the right to refuse service before the start of your cleaning appointment if the home is not vacant of people and belongings.

-Additional charges may be billed if cleaning team members have to pick up or dispose of any garbage, clean around and move personal belongings left in the home or work around other people, including contractors.

-If the scheduled cleaning will take longer than the estimate or goes beyond normal business hours, the cleaning teams will have to return to complete the work. Remedy will contact you to schedule the remaining cleaning to be completed as soon as possible.

-If a property manager/landlord is requiring a professional cleaning company for a move out cleaning, please provide an email address so we can forward our service agreement to the owner/manager of the property. This must be done before the cleaning can be scheduled and confirmed.

-If you are given a copy of a list of cleaning requirements from a property manager, please leave a list for the cleaning team or email it to clientservices@remedycc.com prior to the cleaning. This way we can go over any items we may not offer in our services.

• Please note the following items Remedy does NOT clean or offer in our services:

-Animal or human waste

-Mold

-Nicotine Removal

-Garages

-Entire walls(backsplashes and behind all sinks are always cleaned)

-TV screens(bases are always dusted)

-Steam cleaning carpets

-Floor buffing/waxing

-Hazmat/hoarder homes

-Trash removal off premises

-Inside fireplaces

For safety reasons we do not offer the following:

-Move large appliances

-Take apart glass shower doors

-Take down or apart light fixtures

-Take apart oven to clean between glass

-Large glass chandeliers

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, notify us more than 24 hours in advance of your cleaning appointment or you could be subject to a $25.00 late cancellation fee. You may call ‪(360)252-0225 during our regular business hours or email us, anytime, at ‪clientservices@remedycc.com to change or cancel your appointment. A fee of $45 will be charged if a cleaning team arrives to the cleaning location and not able to enter the home or business. This would include home owners that were not available to let the team members inside, hide a key not placed in designated area or gate/door codes that have been changed without notifying Remedy Cleaning Company.

• Payments for cleaning services can be made by check or credit/debit card. Make checks payable to: Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC ; dated the same day as your scheduled cleaning service. Checks are NOT to be mailed and must be paid in person the day of the cleaning or left for the cleaning team inside the home. Otherwise, you can choose to pay with any debit/credit card using our online invoice payment system, provided by ‪www.stripe.com. We use ‪stripe.com to avoid collecting sensitive payment information, while providing you with the most flexible payment options possible. Upon completion of your cleaning service, we'll email you an invoice which will include the description of your service, the total amount of the charge, and a link to pay with the method you choose. You can read ‪stripe.com's payment terms here, and you can read ‪stripe.com's checkout user service agreement here. All payments are due within 24 hours upon receiving our invoice. Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC reserves the right to assess late fees for payments made after 24 hours from the time-stamp on the invoice email. Late fees will be assessed at the rate of $5.00 per day until the balance is paid in full. Non -payments after 30 days of the sent invoice will be sent to collections. If all future services are canceled by either party, all invoices will be due within 14 days. After 14 days, late fees will be applied each day until the invoices are paid. After 30 days, invoices will be sent to collections.

• Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC reserves the option to charge your late fees to your next service invoice or to send you a separate invoice for the late charges only, in the event you do not have upcoming appointments scheduled. If you have an outstanding invoice Remedy will have to suspend any further cleanings until the invoice is paid in full.

• Remedy Cleaning Co., LLC and ‪remedycc.com offer the following guarantee: If you purchase service(s) from Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC and for some reason you decide that you are dissatisfied with the service, you have 24 hours from the time we complete your service to request, first, a correction or, second, a reasonable discount. Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC will contact you within 1 business day after your request to discuss whether a correction or a reasonable discount will be exercised to resolve your dissatisfaction. Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC reserves sole discretion to determine when a correction is not a suitable solution. DO NOT SUBMIT A PAYMENT TOWARD YOUR INVOICE. YOU MUST ALLOW US AN OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT THE DEFICIENCY. If Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC determines that a discount will be exercised, you will receive a new invoice for the service that will reflect the discount which will be due immediately, upon your receipt. Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING SYSTEMS. If you do not request a correction within the 24-hour period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a correction or discount, and the original invoice we sent you for the service will be due and subject to the payment terms listed above.
