We’ve partnered with Stripe.com to process all of your credit card payments to us. All card numbers are encrypted with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.
By partnering with Stripe.com, Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC exercise PCI compliance in accepting your payments to us. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Remedy Cleaning Company, LLC’s role in ensuring PCI compliance is simply to never have access or see your card data at all. We will email you an invoice after we perform each service that will enable you (usually by clicking a link within the email) to enter your payment information directly into Stripe’s payment processing service. We will never ask for you to provide your credit card information directly in an email and will only ask for your card information over the phone if you give us prior permission in person or in writing.
