HOW DO I GET STARTED?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY HOME CLEANED?

AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE, BUT MOST CLIENTS DO NOT NEED A CLEANING MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK. WE ENCOURAGE REGULAR HOUSECLEANING ON A WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, or A MONTHLY BASIS. IN ADDITION, WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR SPECIAL ONE-TIME CLEANS. THESE INCLUDE MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT, DEEP CLEANS, AND OCCASIONAL MAINTENANCE CLEANS FOR CLIENTS THAT JUST NEED A LITTLE EXTRA HELP. OUR MOST POPULAR CLIENT STRATEGY IS EVERY TWO WEEKS. IN ANY CASE, WE WILL SCHEDULE ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.

HOW DO I KNOW I CAN TRUST THE PEOPLE WHO CLEAN MY HOME?

WE ARE VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT WHO WE HIRE. EVERY EMPLOYEE UNDERGOES A RIGOROUS SCREENING PROCESS WHICH INCLUDES DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING AND BACKGROUND CHECKS. OUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED TO MEET OUR DEMANDING STANDARDS AND WE REGULARLY CONDUCT QUALITY INSPECTION CHECKS. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON EARNING THE TRUST OF ALL OF OUR CLIENTS.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean! We will ask you to authorize each work order before we dispatch our team but you are never “locked into” anything. We can usually accommodate short-notice scheduling changes up to 1 business day in advance but we may ask you for a rescheduling fee for changes that are made last-minute.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

You do not need to be home, although you’re welcome to be! Many of our clients provide us with a key and/or alarm codes when necessary. Remedy® exercises stringent security measures to protect your privacy and property. What if something iN my home gets damaged?

Remedy Cleaning Company team members are specially-trained to have the utmost care when working around your personal belongings, But people are people and accidents can happen. In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have your belonging repaired or replaced. If a breakage occurs when you are not home, the Remedy team member will leave a special note explaining the incident and requesting that you contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can begin working to restore your belonging as quickly as possible. We are proud to say that we are 100%-incident-free to date and we strive to keep it that way!

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept Visa, Mastercard or check. Payment is due the day the service is performed. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card, we can keep your information on file to use for each cleaning. If you prefer to write a check, please make it out to: Remedy Cleaning Co.,LLC and leave it on your kitchen table or counter-top in a visible place.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes we do! Remedy Renew® makes a great gift for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, birthdays and anniversaries, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Parents are especially grateful recipients of Remedy Gift Certificates! Whatever the occasion or reason, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for more information.

What if I have pets?

We love our pets as much as you do and we take special care when working with them at your home. Please make sure we discuss your pets during the estimate appointment to be sure that we can provide you with the service we promise without making them uncomfortable. For safety and sanitary reasons, Remedy team members are not able to clean or pick up animal bodily fluids or waste so we will want to be sure to coordinate and address this with you in advance.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Gratuities for our team members are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our team members want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. If you do choose to tip, please place it in an envelope with your team member’s name on it where it will be very visible (like the kitchen counter) or give it to your team member directly. If it is not clearly identified or if our team member is not sure that it is for them, it will be left right where you put it.

What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule. Remedy Cleaning Company observes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas for all of its staff.
